-Cover your line equipment with heavy mil plastic.
-Drape your entire kitchen hood in plastic to catch water/grease runoff.  (protect your floor)
-All filters are removed and inspected for broken or damage baffle filters. 
-Filter Exchange program available.
-Clean all accessible areas of the duct-work to hood using specialized equipment.
-Installation of Access Panels where necessary.
-Clean the Plenum (area behind the filters).
-Clean the exhaust fan(s) with high pressure / temperature solution.
-Secure electrical connections on exhaust fan.
